Musings – The Classical Lounge Melody (July 2017) is a reflective musical offering that brings together the timeless beauty of Hindustānī classical rāgas with a contemporary lounge sensibility. Conceived by me, the album features the rhythmic artistry of Ojas Adhiya on Tabla and the soulful vocals of Aditi Venkatesh. Inspired by rāgas such as Bhīmpalāsī, Bhairavī, and Rāgeśrī, Musings unfolds through evocative renditions including Noon Serenity, Meeting Under the Moon, Mother Divine, and Tryst with the Self — each capturing a distinct emotional landscape, serenity, reflection, and melodic contemplation.
