Expression of Interest and Confirmation
- Performance enquiries may be submitted through the website enquiry form.
- Submission of an enquiry does not constitute confirmation of engagement. Performance formats, artistic requirements, schedules, and related advisories are discussed individually following interaction.
Advance Planning
- Organisers are encouraged to initiate enquiries sufficiently in advance to facilitate artistic preparation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Advance planning is particularly recommended for festivals, institutional engagements, retreats, international programmes, and curated presentations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- In the event of cancellation or change of schedule, organisers are requested to communicate at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Specific rescheduling advisories, where applicable, shall be mutually discussed during confirmation.
